“My approach is to create safety around the discomfort of not knowing your next step, not rush past it. I offer a space to reconnect with what matters.” ~Asya

It’s not just about reaching your next goal, it’s about reclaiming clarity, self-trust, and a way of living that’s deeply aligned with your aspirations.

My work is grounded in the understanding that people need different kinds of support at different stages of change.

Rather than applying a single method from start to finish, I work in phases, adjusting how we work together as your clarity, capacity, and confidence grow. This allows our work to be both practical and reflective, supportive and self-directed, structured and spacious.

The phases are not rigid or linear. We move at a pace that fits you, and may revisit earlier phases as needed.

Phase 1
Stabilize & Orient: Support, structure, and forward movement

This phase is about helping you get your footing. When change is recent or overwhelming, the priority is clarity, relief, and reducing unnecessary stress.

In this phase, I offer:

  • Practical guidance and consulting

  • Strategic thinking partnership

  • Portfolio, résumé, and professional positioning support

  • Help navigating systems, tools, or complex decisions

  • Clear next steps to reduce overwhelm

  • Support when stress, fatigue, or shutdown arise

This work is active and collaborative. I help you sort what matters, offload what doesn’t need to be carried alone, and regain a sense of agency and momentum.

Phase 2
Integrate & Clarify: Sense-making, refinement, and alignment

As things begin to settle, our work shifts toward integration and clarity. You may be refining direction, making choices, or translating your experience into a clearer professional narrative.

In this phase, I support you by:

  • Connecting patterns across your experience

  • Clarifying strengths, preferences, and priorities

  • Refining professional identity and story

  • Supporting decision-making and experimentation

  • Balancing structure with growing autonomy

Here, I offer less direction and more inquiry as your internal clarity strengthens.

Phase 3
Lead from Self: Self-trust, alignment, and intentional action

In this phase, you are resourced and steady enough to lead your own process. My role becomes lighter and more spacious.

In this phase, I offer:

  • Client-led, reflective conversations

  • Deepening insight and perspective

  • Values-aligned decision support

  • Strengthening self-trust and internal leadership

  • Space to think, feel, and choose deliberately

Here, I’m holding the container while you guide the work.

How This Serves You

This phase-based approach allows our work to evolve naturally, rather than forcing a fixed format. You receive:

  • The right level of support at the right time

  • Practical help when you need it

  • Spacious reflection when you’re ready for it

  • A partner who knows when to guide and when to step back

What You’re Investing In

When you work with me, you’re not engaging a single modality. You’re investing in attuned, responsive support, grounded in experience, clarity, and respect for your process.

FAQs ~

  • Coaching is a conversation centered on you—your goals, your challenges, and your vision for the future. Together, we explore how to move forward, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change.

As your coach, I help you:

    • Set and reach goals

    • Design a plan of action

    • Solve problems and make decisions

    • Gain clarity and momentum

    • Navigate transitions with confidence

But coaching is more than just a plan—it’s about having the right support to implement your vision, work through challenges, and stay aligned with your personal and professional values.

  • IFS-Informed Coaching is a way of working with your internal system—the different parts of you that may carry strong opinions, emotions, needs, or roles.

It’s a process of getting to know these parts with curiosity, not judgment, and reconnecting with your grounded, wise inner compass.

Here’s what clients often gain through this approach:

    • A greater sense of clarity, even in moments of inner conflict

    • More compassion toward the parts of themselves that feel critical, overwhelmed, or unsure

    • The ability to pause and listen inward instead of reacting automatically

    • A deeper sense of trust in their own wisdom and decision-making

    • A coaching space that honors complexity while still supporting forward movement

IFS-Informed Coaching is not therapy. We don’t process trauma or analyze the past—we stay present with what’s arising now, gently building awareness, clarity, and momentum.

  • “What you focus on grows, what you think about expands, and what you dwell upon determines your reality.”

Lasting change requires commitment, action, consistency, and support—and that’s where coaching comes in.

    Coaching works because:

    • You get a dedicated space to focus on what truly matters

    • You receive personalized guidance, accountability, and encouragement

    • You unlock your own best answers—not just what you should do, but what you want to do

Through this process, you’ll step into your full potential with clarity, confidence, and self-leadership.

  • I work with professionals and creatives who are navigating key moments in their career and life, including:

    • Making a career or life change

    • Overcoming creative blocks

    • Prioritizing and making big decisions

    • Resolving personal or professional conflicts

    • Planning the next step but feeling overwhelmed

No matter where you are—whether you're refining your next chapter or just starting out—I’ll help you channel your energy into aligned action.

  • Coaching is a partnership built on trust, honesty, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we create a confidential space where you can explore, experiment, and grow.

    Here’s what I believe:

    • You are the expert in your life and work. My role is to guide, not to dictate.
