Hello and welcome! I’m Asya Palatova—a career and life-alignment designer, coach, and creative guide. I help people bring clarity and coherence to how they work, live, and express themselves.

I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and trained as an IFS-Informed Coach. This approach brings a deep respect for your internal system—the parts of you that hold insight, protection, and care. Together, we’ll listen gently for what’s ready to be seen, trusted, or supported.

The IFS-informed work has helped me fully embrace and integrate my creative pursuits—design, ceramics, and coaching—which inform how I show up with clients across all domains. My approach is grounded, intuitive, and empowering—rooted in deep listening, mutual respect, and care.

For over 20 years, I’ve built and nurtured my own ceramics and design consulting business. Along the way, I discovered my deeper calling: supporting others through creative transitions, career shifts, and moments of reinvention—especially when something inside is ready to change.

I work with artists, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven professionals who want to align with what matters and express it clearly—both in their work and in their lives.

I began my creative journey studying graphic design at the University of Cincinnati, where I also fell in love with ceramics. That spark eventually led me to earn an MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), a transformative experience that deepened my practice and artistic voice.

From there, I launched Gleena Ceramics, my line of handcrafted porcelain pieces designed for quiet rituals and everyday beauty. Building a business from the ground up taught me how to stay true to a vision while evolving through change—wisdom I now bring into every collaboration.

Curious about working together? Let’s connect.
