Hello and welcome! I’m Asya Palatova—a career and life-alignment designer, coach, and creative guide. I help people bring clarity and coherence to how they work, live, and express themselves—drawing on a love of learning, a respect for what’s already strong, and a commitment to helping it become exceptional.
I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and trained as an IFS-Informed Coach. My approach blends curiosity, thoughtful inquiry, and deep listening. I gather insights from your experiences, notice what’s emerging, and help you connect those threads into meaningful direction.
For over 20 years, I’ve built and nurtured my ceramics and design business—collecting not only skills and tools, but stories, perspectives, and lessons that shape how I coach today. Clients often describe our work as both grounding and energizing: a space to think deeply, see clearly, and take purposeful steps forward.
I work with entrepreneurs, mission-driven professionals, and creatives who want to align with what matters and express it with clarity and confidence. Whether we’re uncovering hidden strengths, refining what’s already working, or charting a new course, my role is to help you see your potential and bring it into focus.
I began my creative journey studying graphic design at the University of Cincinnati, where I also fell in love with ceramics. That spark eventually led me to earn an MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), a transformative experience that deepened my practice and artistic voice.
From there, I launched Gleena Ceramics, my line of handcrafted porcelain pieces designed for quiet rituals and everyday beauty. Building a business from the ground up taught me how to stay true to a vision while evolving through change—wisdom I now bring into every collaboration.
Across coaching, design, and ceramics, I’m guided by the same principles: curiosity, integrity, and a belief that meaningful work is built through thoughtful attention and care.
Curious about working together? Let’s connect.
